Account & data deletion

This page explains how to delete your MaimbeBot account (maimbebot.com.br) and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your account at any time, in one of these ways:

1. Log in at maimbebot.com.br, open the Support page and create a request with the subject "Delete my account"; or
2. Send an e-mail to suporte@maimbebot.com.br, from your registered e-mail, with the subject "Delete my account".

We complete the deletion within 7 days after we confirm the request is yours.

What data is deleted

Your personal and account data are permanently deleted, including:

• Name, e-mail and phone;
• Connected game accounts and their settings;
• Preferences, activity history and access credentials.

What data may be kept

Payment records and tax documents that the law requires us to keep are retained only for the legally required period (for example, tax records for up to 5 years) and are deleted after that period. These records are not used for any other purpose.
